FAQs

Are your employees all vaccinated?

Yes, all of our employees are up to date with their relevant covid vaccinations.

When will you be resuming home or school visits?

As school has now returned, we have begun returning to home/school visitations with the permission of the school and with proof of vaccination in the home setting. Please reach out to our reception team to discuss your individual circumstances.

Can I come into the clinic if I am not vaccinated?

Yes. But we do ask if you are age eligible for the vaccination and have chosen not to, that you let our reception know before coming in. This information is kept private and confidential. This information is to assist our management of those who are in our care. We are able to also offer telehealth video consults as well as phone sessions for anyone who may feel more comfortable using these services.

Do I need to scan into the clinic still?

Yes. As we are choosing to allow both vaccinated and un-vaccinated clients into our clinic, we do ask that everyone signs in to help us monitor visitors so we can quickly and efficiently alert our clients who maybe vulnerable.
